We won't get a straight answer from emails.
One liners is hte usual - and non explanatory - though I did get one interesting email about an MS meet with Global a while back.

Have to be patient and let it sort itself out - but sure as God made little green apples, this price will go ballistic once the 8.6 gap is filled, so will someone please sell down to it so we can move on!!!
