What is significant about this win, being the first bulk order from Kaitian, is that it is outside of Hunan Province, in Anhui Province.What that means is that this is outside of the government support of the Yiying Government, which bodes well for future orders and expansion in other regions.

The supply to Anhui Province are shipped out from Changzhou, not Yiyang for this deal. To think the assembly facility at Yiyang has not even been commissioned yet. (https://smartwatermagazine.com/news/fluence/fluence-establish-china-assembly-plant). Once the assembly plant is up in 2020, future demand from Anhui will be supplied from Yiyang City.

Now we know why Yiyang City is so keen to attract FLC to set up shop there. There is sufficient cause from demand from Anhui.
