Okay so I’ve been offline with this company for a while and then I get the following email for the next AGM in January. How the hell did we go from Cockatoo Coal to ”Pure Foods Tasmania Limited" - so different it’s laughable.
15. Resolution 15 - Change of Company name
To consider and, if thought fit, to pass as a special resolution the following:
"That, subject to each of the other Transaction Resolutions being passed and Completion occurring, and pursuant to and in accordance with section 157 of the Corporations Act and for all other purposes, the name of the Company be changed to "Pure Foods Tasmania Limited" with effect from the date that ASIC alters the details of the Company's registration."
