I was talking to a proj/corp finance chap over the weekend how among others count bnb/bbp etc in their list of clients. his view was that the equity analysts do not understand the difference between debt and equity. A view i share in a general view of analysts.

he did go on to say while they are not a lead or major lender they are not concerned and see the business growing and prospering. also very confident about a 100bp drop over the coming 12m.
