    I am guessing this has been a continuing legacy of the hedge fund buyout-basically took them from a cash-rich position to indebtedness, and they've needed to find money to pay the divvie. Their timing sucks, but at least they have ~6M AGO oppies exercistable at 40 and 70c as I recall, ie more than the ords that they've sold to date.
