We had that in Australia - but the Gov stole the money and shut it down once the realised how much they where going to have to pay out.

How can a country such as the UK offer a pension to individuals based on their contributions (as do other wealthy European Countries) and Australia will not? If a woman elects to stay at home and her partner works, her pension payments could be paid for out of his salary - the annual payments for the wife's pension could be taken out of any tax rebate - annual payment in the UK is as little as $300 a year to receive a pension of around $340 a week with a minimum number of years required to receive the pension. Reality is the Aus are stealing from the people who generate the wealth and distributing it to people who have never even contributed. HTF is that fair.!
