The depth on both side of the buy/sell is so thin that prices can be moved quite significantly on very low volumes. On the sell side, there is just 471k between 29c to 40c (around 170k worth in dollar terms). AFAIAC, the market pricing on this stock is so wrong that once it gains the proper rerating and valuation it deserves, the price will move quite quickly.
