    Yes I pointed that out earlier. Once you collected all of your receivables ( assuming zero bad debt), you could pay all of the payables.

    However at the same time you would have needed cash for salaries, interest, fees, light, power etc. So you would not have had all of the $201m in cash left to help pay out the creditors.

    You cant run such a business with zero cash.
