I feel that it is worth while saying again, and I quote you:
Can't blame KZL though, they are simply doing what's best by their shareholders.
The problem is GGY also seem to be doing what's best for KZL holders.
Which of course leaves, umm, nobody doing what's best for GGY holders.

The above points only confirm the incompetent management that unfortunately were are stuck with.
Don’t despair though, management do come and go and it is up to us to make sure that they go, the quicker the better
And, also to make sure that we vote, HOPEFULLY NO, NO, NO
