That's basically what they did. They started off with the organic DVF business in the 70s then went down the vertical integration with the processing and packaging. I don't really pay attention to the 'state' of farms. I've seen enough farms, dairies - orchards, in varying conditions and don't really care about what it looks like... just so long as boxes are getting packed and the vats are getting filled. Water prices and the US-China trade drama are probably the two big ticket items to be concerned about.
