Almost zero trading in the ETF and now back to the base price.

I understand the thinking about the $9.50 a trade, but not sure I comprehend the why in offering the ETF product that tracks past performance of the better traders?.

Can anyone actually explain what is in the portfolio at any given time and where that is disclosed, and how an investor has any oversight in to what is actually selected for investment given it supposedly a portfolio made up of the best past trades of the clients using the trading site.
