pretty cryptic language there baz. not too sure what it all meant. did E.G.O refer to empire oil and gas?????? and who got rid of 10% of their shareholdings???????
one would assume that gda would have to issue more than a million shares to "the rich" at 8c. gosh, no one would take them up at 8c, as there is no market for the stock, and $80,000 would only cover expenses for a week
