Talk to BNB, ABS, AFG, CNP, CER, REU, RJT, RAT, BBI, BBP, CIY and any number I cannot remember and their CEOs will all tell you the same thing about economics and gearing! In fact...until a year ago ALL the BANKS and ANALYSTS said the same thing: debt is good.

PS: Please don't think I'm having a go at you, BTW, I'm just observing wryly. The dislocation of credit markets is affecting the judgement of many an investment banker of late and some of them probably cannot see the forest for the trees.
