The story was about Centro telling this shop owner what he can and can't sell. No real issue there, landlords do that all the time.
However, one of those "terms" issued by Centro's lawyers said that this small shop owner can not sell any brand of product that fellow shopping centre tenant Woolworths sells.
Very arrogant of Centro IMHO - allowing Woolworths to dictate the terms of other tenants' leases.
Shame I no longer have any CNP shares or I would make a fuss about this myself. Not my problem now however.
