    My colleague and I were discussing whether Baowu Steel being a part of the SMB-Winning consortium in Guinea was a possible detractor from Mbalam...given the touted 60Mtpa from a project that would require $21B investment and a 650km rail, versus 40Mtpa for $7B investment and a 510km rail line. Surely they can’t be interested in both projects?
