I for one would like the Co to say in the webinar or upcoming 4C that for now the Co is at least " Collaborating " with Tata. I think that would be a good start given the most recent joint presentation. This imo, could avert a further need for a CR or alternatively it should allow a much higher S/Price placement if a CR was to be implemented.
