Indian Ocean Dipole (IOD) breaks down, page-18

from memory it was mentioned somewhere that the present hot weather was the confluence off two events - being the IOD - and some other (el nino or whatever!!!)..
for the climate alarmists, could they please explain how co2 affects the IOD.
