actually ford have announced their GT500 volumes, a measly 5000 units! Assuming a small 20% adoption rate for the $18k wheel pack option, leaves bugger all volumes for CBR, say 1000 cars or 4000 wheels. One wonders where all the excess wheels will go, storage, as they are hoping for 30,000 wheels per annum by mid this year. Where will all these excess wheels go if no one takes up the options.
The big daddy for price increase is the Carbon Fiber Track Package that adds $18,500 to the base price of $72K. Personally for a $72k car not that prestigious, why would u bother pay $18.5k extra for a carbon pack.
