20 million in revenue or a takeover will trigger the issue of the performance shares . Good incentive for the company to deliver the goods... Not long to wait to see if it plays out because if the performance shares are issued it means that the share price should be many multiples of the current price... At present RAP is like a dormant volcano, we wait for the volcanic eruption IMO!
