How do you know that RC Johnson has to return the shares to the Caleja group? They may have some other arrangement. I wouldn't draw conclusions that these shares need to be bought back, and even if so I wouldn't rely on it.
With 15% of the company being dumped by the two largest shareholders and apparently nothing being done about it we could be in for some rough times.....
I agree that ESI should organise someone to take them out to restore market confidence.
