Adding the numbers up that voted for the "Consolidation" there is no possibility that the shareholders TenStar or Hamann supported this resolution.

This is very telling and your question Kotaredrew is probably better directed to these large shareholders now IMO.

At least this answers the question with regard to who's in bed with who.There maybe a relationship between TenStar and DGR, but it's obviously not that strong as I thought it might be, now that's very good news.

I hope to see an EGM called now by Hamann and TenStar (no doubt with the full support of retail shareholders) to replace the weak Chairman, Board and Management, share price would double IMO the day that resolution gets up !! I hope they have been looking for their replacements while tools are down.

There might be life in this puppy yet !!! Great day for affected shareholders who spent good money on shares M
