HNY everyone!
SI will never rush/ risk to meet the BLA forecast date (end of 2019) versus not being 100% the data sent is complete and all MSB involved staff is happy/done the best. They want the data to be bullet proof with no/ minimal questions asked by the FDA.
IMO, the announcement is about "do not panic, it will be done this month". 2020 is MSB year, 3 from 3
