just running the calculator over that, you'd hypothetically only need about 3.8mil KZL shares to effectively be a top 20 shareholder in GGY on an in-specie distribution.

it seems the top 8 KZL holders have more interest in GGY than 80% of actual GGY shareholders. (80% because KZL make up 20% of the top 20's 35% holding)


that wouldn't sit well with me if i was a GGY holder.
