    WTF??????? LOL
    I think he was referring to the "Choppiness Index" (Chop) which is an indicator designed to determine if:
    - the market is trading sideways ( Choppy) or trading within a trend in either direction (not Choppy). ...     it is a metric that could be used to define the markets trendiness.

    If I have this wrong anyone, please feel free to correct me.
