    Yes, it's an interesting situation.

    The update only said it was "likely" to be suspended by the ASX on 2/1/120 since it is no longer trading.

    That may happen today.

    I guess it's up to the Directors to advise the ASX that their operations are now suspended.

    The update quoted Listing Rule 12.1:
