I think the intention of this 20 mil lending ( what ever arrangement ) by Atlas capital will be mainly to secure their position in case of liquidation etc. That way they will have the say in any proceedings. They can shaft all the small holders as if they have not done enough damage. All the clowns are hand in glove. May the same scammers might even have ownership of Atlas. Who knows even if they shell out or not when even our company board seems to be the main culprit.
Society will always have such scammers. Money is all they live for and their only friend.
