I agree - perhaps the fires are preventing an accurate assessment in, e.g. the Otway Ranges. I assume that the fire management methods noted in the 2019 Annual report (p17) were again undertaken (i.e.firebreak slashing, track spraying and fuel reduction burning). I am not sure regarding insurance - I might have missed this in the annual report or the issue might not be mentioned.
