just monitoring from sidelines, is there any way to value this stock? Say assume terminal $2billion loans/annum. I assume the growth will slow at some point from $150m/annum to $2bil per annum at steady state after 6-7 years.
2 billion x net interest margin NIM of 1.5%(incl. bad debt) = $30m profit, less other costs 5 mil, $25mil profit.
$25mil profit x 10 p/e = $250mil. Current market cap is $152mil. There could be some equity raises along the way.
Overall the upside looks fairly marginal?
