I don't understand what your insistence of a capital raising "before quarterly" is based on?
FY 19 the company finished with $2.5m cash in the bank. Q1 2020 cash burn was circa $450k and assuming the worst with Q2 about the same, how does this necessitate a CR in the next 24 days? (BTW- timing wise this is not possible)
