You need to ask yourself why should you all hold a company with no project and no current means of making money. If you're only holding because your investment has collapsed so far that there's no point in selling, then so be it. This company will be either bankrupt or in administration within 2 years IMHO. Management has done this before so I can't see why they wouldn't do it again.
