I would be disappointed Mega. Take Pocock as an example, he has been selling off consistently. In this 5 month period he sold ~900,000 shares, which is pretty much a handbrake to the share. Since dropping off the substantial share holders list, it becomes harder to track as we need top twenty updates.
If he were to have taken up his 2 m options at 40c, could we expect him to behave differently with the new shares. I would much prefer stronger hands to own the shares, as history has shown prolonged dumping distorts the companies value, and hinders its progress by raising the dilutive cost of capital.
My current view is HZR has excellent technical prospects but has suffered from the capital structure Mac Equity put in place. This structure, that in my view gave a higher than justified reward to Mac Equity, is being slowly put right.
Pocock declining these options would be good news to me.
