In the announcemnt it states that
"The stock loans were made by the owner's custodian....."
Does the owner's custodian mean their broker???
I have to presume that they did not know about the loan and therefore the custoidan does not need permission to loan out the stock.
Hope Commsec is not lending out my stock......
Anyone know whether the custodian needs your permission??
