No slander from me or anyone else I would say. You make a completely valid point.
PS Options or lets call them "Commissions" "Bonuses" are a copeout when used in the wrong context. What i mean is to give MGMT a reward for underperformance is just wrong. Use the SP and settlement as a example. They need to be used for the true theory behind them. Ie Motivation of mgmt to be perform. Reward this performance.
No one disputes options at $5.00 strike in two years time when the current SP is at .75 cents.
They have got way out of context in the corporate world and if you look at it closely they are the reason behind the current CREDIT crisis.
