How would you improve the Australian tax system?, page-307

If you only have enough money to live on ie pay the rent, buy food & pay your electricity bill you don't have any excess money to buy anything else.

Too many Australians don't know what having enough money to live on is, not being able to buy a new tv or go on holiday is not 'struggling'.
