No doubt. But with, as an example, APT, there are a few anchors that you can at least use to run some numbers. That's all I really was asking about. Not interested in building a DCF; it would be a pointless task this early in the game.

Did you end up finding anything on the margin? I'm thinking the same thing.
WZR can board billions worth of loans but if they don't have a profitable business model, what's the point?
The last annual report looked bad to me, but I'm just a pleb.
