88E will never extract them imo - the plan is discover them and then sell them. Early stage discovery might get 4$ a barrel prospective resources - if appraised then can push perhaps 6$ to 7$.
I expect a bid to come in fast if the Stellar targets are good and flow test at the required 100 barrels per day target - my view - PMO will make a bid to buy out 88E with an all share offer - take the whole company. All share offer (not cash), allows them to offer a better deal (higher effective price) that 88E shareholders might accept.
