Interesting thoughts everyone. Just a few points: ZOLEO won't cannibalise GO! as they are used for different things. The price point is different (ZOLEO is a lot cheaper) and ZOLEO is only for messaging and not for surfing the web.
Emergency services would find the ZOLEO a perfect solution, IMO.
The other key thing from reading the announcement is that BCC and Roadpost share the profits from the JV. I believe for US sales, Roadpost will get a little more and same is true for BCC and sales in ANZ. Nonetheless, BCC will get some of the recurring revenue from US sales.
