6pm is an unusual time for a meeting, normally they are held in the morning. Could be 6pm to allow maximum attendance but is also high noon in Moscow and wondering if any significance.
Remember the meeting is partially staged for the documentary so perhaps they could have a live link to Russia for groundbreaking news.
SLA have been building stocks of Ropren as no point taking orders if they cant be adequately filled. Maybe the order book opens at noon today and those at the meeting get the news as it happens, who knows.
