Be very careful with telstra unless you want to pay for the rest of your life whether you use the service or not. i have been trying to cancel my bigpond account since july, sent numerous faxes and made even more phone and still get billed. Apparently that is happening to quite a few people. Read an article somewhere about it. The bandwith allowance with bigpond is very, very limited and overage extremely expensive. You can end up with huge monthly bills. Definately not the go if you want to download music, movie files, etc. I use one-way satellite from ihug, modem out. it's cheap, plenty of bandwidth included and much faster than ISDN.
