Rank 1 in Google for 'chess sponsored'. So with the advertising apparently cut back, this sort of thing helps to diversify the organic growth a little away from the popular referral program. It should help to gain a few more customers, the ones on IG Markets etc who realise that they'd prefer to have a CHESS sponsored broker.

There's still a lot of opportunity for improvement in their Google rankings (which is a tough and long term job), but it does seem to be providing some measurable benefits. The referral program is apparently the one which snowballs faster than the SEO or advertising. Even the word of mouth is usually related to either the low fees, or the referral program.

Mentioning SelfWealth online whenever it's relevant is the way that we are able to personally help the SEO (since Google considers links or mentions as a positive factor).
