When I invest, I try to establish the causal factor that will accelerate demand. For eg, the 13FYP in China and it’s emphasis on rural WWTP was that catalyst for MABR in China.

Now, this article says:

“With cyberattacks and weather shutting down grids in and their electricity prices typically rising, the dropping costs of off grid zero emission electricity are increasingly preferred, with the user enjoying both predictability and rapid adjustment.”

Have we found the causal link to the proliferation of small and medium sized desalination plants with off grid zero emission electricity? That spells decentralisation to me.

Anyway, the post was simply raising this as a possibility and for further research.
