LVT - Valuations, page-63

TBH I am having doubts about this company. The earning is not reflecting on the SP. I understand that, like the pharmaceutical industry, the R&D is very high and we don't get an immediate return on IT products. We all know that LVT is in bed (so to speak) with Microsoft but I don't see any progress with MS technically.

I am speculating that there are 2 scenarios.

Rumour said that MS will bring out a product with an LVT product embedded. ie Sharepoint with LVT type of dashboard.

1. LVT will be bought out by MS for further integration of its product. But that would only happen if the company is remaining profitable and have synergy with MS product strategy.

2. MS will develop its own dashboard product using a similar LVT technology by buying off LVT's core product with a lump sum and henceforth the relationship with MS will be terminated.

By the look of the recent SP, the 2nd scenario might hold the truth.
