Oversubscription Shares

From the AAM announcement dated 5/12

Existing shareholders should use the subscription period from 3 December 2019 to 16 December 2019 inorder to participate in the project, as institutional investors will be addressed in the following privateplacement and the acquisition of New Shares will therefore probably be no longer possible for theexisting shareholders.
I don't understand why this is 'probably no longer possible'. Even if it is still possible, I doubt it will raise a lot more as 'the allocation of the OversubscriptionShares shall take place on the basis of the proportionate numberof shares subscribed by the shareholders entitled to subscribe during the subscription period'

Placement Shares

This is the second part of the CR. It is the private placement to institutional investors and rich families which will be extended to 16/4 after the AAM general meeting on 15/1.
