Small CR to existing or even a new high net worth is a much better option than a CN as they have so many different strike prices and conversion allowances depending on the stock performance that if Els had any further delays for any reason these CN cant be extremely damaging. The first half of the year should be the change the company has promised for the last two years and wit the product finished , being tested , orders placed and now a cash that gives us enough run rate as revenue delivers then this is a good outcome ..
