Ah the dilemmas posed by fear and greed H..

If you believe the funding will go through ( I have no doubt) then it is likely this would prove a very good time for averaging down, any knee jerk downward price action related to a negative arbitration result would likely be balanced by a positive finance result..a positive arbitration result would be added to a positive finance result..

Without finance the above is largely irrelevant , that result is expected before the 16th and could arrive at anytime, as could the arbitration award for that matter, although its likely finance will arrive first.

I'm quite happy to sacrifice some upside for a bit more certainty now, being over 70 does moderate enthusiasm ...
