Grant:

"He said both his company and the Minister of Mines and Energy agree that Savanna's claim should be rejected prior to any substantive hearing of the case, on the grounds that Savanna is guilty of serious and unacceptable delays in waiting for two years to bring proceedings against the respondents."

Maybe this has been misrepresented, is not a direct quote, or I am being pedantic, but I thought the company was saying that the claim itself had no merit.

Now it has no metit because of an unacceptable delay?

There's been a tweak in langauge used here.

Probably nothing.

I'm a big believer in the project, but the lack of, and poor information, can't get me back in until there's some uniformity and clarity on this issue.
