This is the real question you should be wondering about.
Clearly, like most of us, you find the possibility that everything you value and enjoy and are familiar with, will cease on the death of your "physical" body, impossible to accept.
Spend some time with dementia patients, stroke sufferers, brain damaged people, etc and you should feel this more personally.
Everything related to and relying on the conditions of life on Earth (AKA "dust"), will dissolve on death. That's everything.
Including one's attachment to loved ones, friends, ambitions, physical needs, psychological needs etc.
Without your physical body and it's attachments, what are you ?
