    people need to chill on the in marketable parcel sale.
    It is getting ridiculous!
    It happens to clean up a register, if you haven’t been through this process before, fair enough. Learn from it.
    It happens a lot, and is legal.
    We are all gambling at this end of the market unless you are lucky enough to be in the purple circle.
