Ann: Update on proposed transaction with BBIG, page-32

Am I correct in understanding that the proposal would mean that :-
1. FMS would be delisted from the ASX
Last time that was proposed the share price dropped to $0.025
Why would I vote for that?
2. Under the proposal I have no easy access to my capital, until some years down the track I may receive an unquantifiable royalty
With more than 2 million shares, FMS is a significant portion of my share portfolio and I want ready access to the money
As others have said, I believe that any proposal needs to include an option to buy out, at a fair and reasonable price, for those, who like myself, want to move on.
I will vote NO any proposal that does not give me ready access to my capital.
