Experience has taught me that when it comes to companies this size, and particularly this illiquid, the fundamentals will always trump the technicals.
As my TA mentor would frequently say about his own craft, "I am but a humble cartoonist". And this was the TA for one of the largest & most prestigious broking houses in Aust. for a number of years.
He would also often ask me the following question, followed by a chuckle, "Are you just asking for my opinion so you can make me look stupid again".
There is no doubt that TA is a useful tool for investors.
In a stock like PO3, I find its best application is in the targeting of entry and exit points, although I can definitely see the logic behind your analysis @virtuozi.
